At Élan you will experience our authentic crêpes and beautiful fresh coffee served from a retro chic Citroën H-Van whilst enjoying a little down time with a smile and some French tunes. We are proud to make our crêpes from only the finest ingredients, locally sourced and organic wherever possible. Our gourmet galettes (savoury crêpes) are filled with contemporary delights and hand produced with French buckwheat flour.  The gourmet sweet crêpes are hand produced with French wheat flour. Filled with gorgeousness, they have sublime ingredients to satisfy any indulgent craving.
